Try Glucosamine Chondroitin complex, double strength. The bottle should have close to or exactly.., 500mg Glucosamine 400mg Chondroitin Buy over the counter - try Walmart for a decent price. Get as large a bottle you can to last you a while (its cheaper that way). Take 3 tablets a day WITH FOOD. It will not cure Arthritis but should make things more tolerable.. Try it for a full month. Also I would suggest double the dosage for the first two days to kick start your system THEN drop to the dosage on the bottle. WARNING!!! If you are allergic to Shellfish or have a thyroid condition - do not take this product!!! And ask your doctor if this product will effect any of the medicines you are talking.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

I have arthritis in the neck and bone spurs also. My doctor is into natural products and recommended Joint Lube. It does take a couple of weeks to work, but works very well. The ingredients help manage pain and inflammation and promote the integrity of joint and connective tissue. This is a very good product that I'm sure will help out with your pain.

i don't believe that there are any herbal remedies for this. taking a lot of flax seed and vit e is good for the repair..i will tell you this...since you have had the surgery and found little to no relief...it is more than likely your first rib on that side...it slips out of place very easily with people who have shoulder problems...it gets into the cavity above your breast bone and the nerve in the shoulder is pinched...find a good, an elderly chiropractor that has trained at a good school and understand what i am saying ...also a osteopathic Dr who still do manipulations will understand. they can put it back in place...it may take several visit...to make it stay there...and you should pay attention to what they do and ask them to teach you to repair it yourself when it does slip in the future because it will all your life...more surgery will not cure this problem...

Try Glucosamine for a herb. Try Yoga for a stretch. I have rotator cuff issues and have found that Yoga is beneficial. I am not great at it and it doesn't matter.

Fruit pectin. It works wonders for my joints. 1 Tablespoon of liquid fruit pectin in six to eight ounces of juice every single morning. Might help, can't hurt.
