It depends on what year. 425 days is longer than a year, so you have to go through the entire month of February. If October 4 is in the year before a leap year, February has 29 days and the year has 366 days, so the remaining 59 days take you to December 2. But if the year is not a leap year, February has only 28 days and the year has 365, so you have 60 days to account for after the following October 5, and the day in question is December 3.
