I got involved in video games when my parents bought me Super Nintendo. I own an Xbox 360 right now and my favorite games of choice are Ghost Recon and Halo 2. I'm not sure what the intrigue is. I think it's because I like to become immersed in a world that is unlike mine. When I purchased Halo 2 in 2004, I became involved in the online gaming world. That has really fueled my addiction. I love meeting new people online and gaming with them.

I played half-life right the way through without the cheats. I'm a middleaged mum too! My 17 yr old son boasts about it cos his mates thinks its wild for me to do that. I just loved being Gordan Freeman. The reviews were good and it sounded fun. I'd done the demo and I got hooked on it. Then I had to get Opposing Force but it wasnt as good, neither was Blue Shift. I may get Half-life 2 some day but I,m a bit short of time.

I'm really not into puzzle games (like Tetris) or WoW or FPS. I like RPGs like Final Fantasy, action/adventure like God of War, or sports and racing (Madden, ATV Offroad Fury). I've played video games since the Atari, but the original Nintendo (NES) got me hooked on gaming. I loved Super Mario Bros. and Legend of Zelda. I think that is why I still love action/adventure/platform style games and RPGs. I love Madden because I love football, and I love racing games because. . .well, who doesn't like racing games?
