yah,heard that one too..lol...I live around alot of Amish so heres my take on the situation..They'd be everything they aren't allowed to be or do..like..
dress & look sexy
electricity
phone
drive a car or truck
plumbing
music
hair & make up done professionally
birth control
a maid
etc...
