There are plenty of businesses that can be started with no cash.
You can also contact a real estate broker and look at businesses for sale. You can pay back the owner with the proceeds from the business especially when there are no takers for the business and the owner faces shutting it down rather than selling it.

Why not try dropshipping until you get on your feet and turn to wholseale companies for stock afterwards.
