A married woman but yet to start making babies

Yeah, I've been married almost 2 years now, no kids yet, and I must admit, my husband and I have both gotten a little chubbier since getting married. It's probably because we actually eat 3 meals a day regularly now.

Really, all I can say is you gotta find something that works for you and your schedule. Make small changes that are easy to follow. Start to learn some easy, tasty, healthy recipes (and which restaurants make them). Going to the gym seemed to not work for us, so we went to a 2nd hand store and found a nordic track machine cheap that stays in our living room. It's there, easy to get to, and easy to use.

Also, I strongly suggest going on walks with your husband. Not only is it great for your physical health, it's great for your marital health!

By being as active as possible, ie walking instead of driving, taking the stair's instead of the lift, going to the gym, swimming, doing a exercise class of some sort, yoga, sex, as long as your not sitting doing nothing and eating crisps!! Eat healthy and don't drink excessive amounts. Lot's of fruit and veg and carbohydrates and protein.
