You didn't explain completely. Are you a male who got in a dispute with another male, someone who was once your friend? So you sexed his little sister, then photo'd and mailed it to him? How old are you? How old is the sister? You could be a criminal, big time, depending upon the ages of everybody.
Since I don't know all the details, I'd remind you of what a friend once told me: "The law of sewing and reaping has not been rescinded." Meaning: For every hurtful thing you do, there WILL be a big price...somewhere...sometime. If you are genuinely remorseful today, it is true that Jesus has experience with every human problem. Go to a church, find someone you trust completely, and tell him/her what you did. We can avoid hell if we genuinely pour out our hearts to our Savior. The key word is genuine. Good luck to you.
