I bought a microwave egg cooker thing and an omelet maker they were only cheap and they were one of the best buys i have made. I was sick of frying and boiling eggs.

Yep, I bought lavender scented pillow and duvet storage bags (the smell wore of after a couple of weeks though). I also bought a couple of clothes storage bags but they were rubbish because they were so small. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions listed beside the picture really. I find the betterware catalogue really amusing, especially the personal care section. There's this thing that you can get for when you are cutting the family's hair (like you do). It's like a massive round bib that hangs over your shoulders and catches all the hair. Practical but hilarious, the guy in the picture looks so gutted that he's had to model it. Ha!! Look out for it in the next catalogue!

I've bought stuff from betterware-it's great!
Like a gravy boat with a sieve on the spout to sieve the lumps out. Or a really long mop to clean the windows with. Or this plastic contraption that goes on the inside of cupboards to store carrier bags in.
Sad isn't it?!!

Don't be suckered into buying tons of useless Betterware stuff just because you feel sorry for the vendors. They're scam merchants. They may dress like tramps and smell like a winos back pocket, but the reality of it is they drive big flash cars and live in mansions with acres of land in Surrey

Yes, I felt that way too but some of the stuff he used to carry was quite innovate and unusual.
We some times get a catalogue through the door these days from annonymous agents that appear to change frequently. Its just not the same and I have not bought anything for ages.

No, I wait 3 months and get it for pennies from the local charity shop. I got a Pie Maker, which 'automatically' folds the pastry over the filling and crimps it.
I don't buy dusters from those 'deaf' people who come round either. They don't come here any more, because I just start signing at them and they have no idea what I'm saying, then when I say I'm using sign language they leave pretty sharpish.

I'm always tempted by one or two items, but I never get round to filling in the order form before he's demanding his catalogue back. Same with the Avon lady. I must save myself a fortune.

My friend bought me a thing to stick on the wall so I could put my shower head up. Very handy.
