like now i am typing and there it goes does this means my computer is coming down with a virus

If it is popping up giving you a warning, you h ave aprobelm, better take the time and let it do a full scan and see. Very possible you have been infected. also if yoou have the new Yahoo tool bar with norton anti spy ware run that also for a full scan. I found just recently I had a probelm. regular security had picked nothing up. I ran this doing afull scan(takes about 20 mins) and it picked up four virus's and deleted them Its a free service of yahoo. I run all of them now to be safe.

This is a good thing, not bad. It is working (letting you know that something is wrong). Update your Viruscan from McAfee's website, do a full scan and clean of your computer.
Contact McAfee with the message you are getting if the above does not resolve the issue.
