There are 3 possible problems. First, your hot tub wiring could be faulted. Second, your gfci could be bad. Or third, your breaker at the breaker box that controls that outlet may be tripped. Try these options to solve it.... unplug the tub and try to reset it, if that doesnt work... check the breaker at the breaker box, if thats good then you last option is to replace the gfci outlet.

Clearly something has happened somewhere along the electrical route to trigger the GFCI. This could be anything from a rat chewing on a wire to a wet connection. Better call in a pro to test the lines.

Could be the GFCI breaker itself, need to disconnect the tub, then try to reset the breaker. If the breaker resets with hot tub disconnected then it's the tub, otherwise it's a bad reset spring on the GFCI breaker
