I love Toby but hate Dunst. Spiderman is like my favorite hero, why they had to mess it up.
To answer your quest. One. Part 2 was too far fetched. What do you think?

the 2nd. for those that read the comic, it really payed homage to the book. Spidey is all of us:no money, crappy apartment, wanting more, struggling with everyday life...but, low and behold, he has superpowers too. who can't relate to having so many personal issues going on where u just can't see the lite at the end of the tunnel. the 2nd movie showed us its not just as simple as shooting his webs and saving the day. hell, because of his stress levels, the dude was losing his powers! imagine that...
Aunt May's speech to him was a pivotal point in the movie, very powerful.

number two all the way! i loved doc ock's character & the guy that played him did such a great job of it. i also love bruce campbell's scene as the usher... brilliant! i do think that the speech that aunt may gives on hero's is WAY too long, but the rest was awesome.
