Chocolate is a compound and not an element. So it does not have a an atomic number. It does have an atomic mass if you add all the masses of all the atoms in the molecule of the compound.

Chocolate is neither an element nor a chemically formed compound. It is a mixture. So it doesn't have an atomic number nor a mass number.

You must be mis-informed. Chocolate is not an element and therefore has no atomic number.
Chocolate is the Divine essence out of which all elements come. In this respect, Chocolate would have an atomic number of zero. The same is not true of the caloric content, especially of sweetened Chocolates.

No such thing. Only elements have atomic numbers. Chocolate would be a compound!

It can vary.
On this periodic table,
http://www.eblong.com/zarf/periodic/closeup.html
it's 5.0
But on this rather more popular table (by Naomi Weissmans)
http://www.sarahla.com/photos/images/roomgallery/pages/page_23.html
chocolate may show up more than once.
Here
http://www.candygenius.com/periodic_table_of_candy.php
It doesn't show up at all, but I fear this is a medieval table and horribly out of date w/ modern science.
So, the Atomic number of chocolate is a cunundrum that science hasn't solved yet, and much empirical investigation is required. I do my share every day.

Unfortunately, chocolate is not an element, so it will not appear on the Periodic Table.
It does, however, appear on the list of Essential Foods, along with salsa, salty snacks, and beer. 8^D
