You would have to click on 'Forgot your password?' or 'I forgot my password'to get your secret question. You could probaby find it on the login page, home page, or help page.

What do you mean, your account is locked?

below the Sign in page, there is Forgot Password, click it..
then just fill out those boxes correctly..
then you will be given a temporary password..
use it to log in, after logging in, click on My Account to change your password to what you want..
