I had that too, it's usually your ligaments stretching to accommodate your growing baby. If it gets too bad or you start to see spotting I would call your doctor, otherwise do what makes you comfortable. Good luck to you and your baby!

If there isn't any bleeding, that's a very good sign that all is well. You're probably just having growing pains. Baby wants the apartment upgraded to a townhouse! All my friends, family and myself..experienced really nasty cramping throughout our first trimesters. If you're still a little nervous (or even if you're not) maybe you should go in for a check up. Your doctor will probably hook you up, check the heartbeat and do an ultrasound. I hope you feel better! And yes, drink a lot of water!

You could be dehydrated so drink. But also you it could be around the time your period was suppose to get her and that will make you have cramps. and sometimes spotting. Don't panic just call your doctor and let him know I am sure that one of the two is what's going on with you. COngratulations

This could be dehydration or constipation. Drink lots of water and maybe take some Colace for the constipation.
Hope you feel better.
