Does anyone know where I can buy what're called 'white sticks' for manicures?

A white stick looks like a small eyebrow pencil, but with white coloring. You wet the stick, run it under the nail, then apply clear or very pale pink polish to the nail - a quick and easy French manicure.

I know what your talking about, I use them all the time. Go to a beauty supply store.
