Anyone have any ideas?

THis does NOT have to be in Daytona Beach...can be anywhere within reasonable driving distance.

I live in Daytona Beach and I suggest the Chart House. Its on the river. I believe its on Palmetto St. I would check the phonebook but right now but im in Michigan. Its a very good restaurant but its pricey. But anything is worth a 35 year anniversary. Email if you want more info. We will be home on Thursday and I give you the exact address or you can look it up on the computer. Happy Anniversary!!!!! I have another which is Rain Supper Club on Seabreeze. Ive only seen the outside and it looks like they go all out. Very modern decor and the staff are very well dressd. Ive heard nothing but good things about it. Once again CONGRATS!

I'd recommend Top of Daytona. It's an upscale restaurant on the 29th floor of a building right on the beach with huge panoramic windows. Otherwise, the Chart House is good, as mentioned before, or a 45 minute drive North will get you to St. Augustine which has some very classy restaurants and is a lot cleaner/nicer than anywhere in Daytona.

I completed agree: take her to the Chart House. I also live in Daytona and it is a wonderful restaurant with great food, atmosphere, and you can take a walk around the marina there to see the yachts. One yacht that often docks there is over 100ft.!

Here is a link to the restaurant's Web site. Since this is a special event, you should make a reservation. Tell the hostess that it is for your anniversary and ask for a table with a great window view of the intracoastal. You'll love it!
