How do I get progaram to finish downloading songs?

They download a little ,sometimes almost all of the way,but then are queued.

Downloading limit and speed are depandent on your internet.Downloading any program may not really help you.But Download manager should be good program for you which keeps tracks of downloaded program and also helps to continue download from where it was left in previous attempt.

try rt cliking on the download and resuming downlad.
