If the french started the european integration why are they refusing the European Constitution?

Because they believe that their legal system is sooooooo much better than the rest of Europe

They believe in :All people are equal, except French ones, which are Primes inter Paris!

Because it puts one man in charge, who is not from france. This is such a scary and unstable way of doing things... grief!!
