promising he will give it back. He promised and promised that he will give back 55 rupees. But nothing physical appeared. So I assigned him to "non-existence; requires physical identification" then he claims he is doing me good by promising that he will give the 55 rupees to me "soon". I said keep it with yourself the due date for returning the money is long over. Am I right or wrong?
