An IQ test doesn't measure creativity. It measures your likely success in academic subjects like math and humanities. Creativity is another form of intelligence, just like what we call "street smarts."

I'm not sure the Japanese are any less creative than the Russians, but I understand what you were getting at.

i would say they are more creative, they invented all the anime and comic stuff like that.
