I met someone 4 years ago, bought a house together, had a baby then he left. He took me to court last year to see the baby although I never stopped him seeing the baby, he just wouldn't turn up to the places that he told me to go to when he wanted to see the baby.
He asked for an hour a week of the court which I had no objection to. Now he has called me fat *****, threatening to stop the CSA money, threatening to take me back to court and it goes on... its getting horrendous at the moment. I have constantly told him to stop texting, I even started saying the most horrible things back so hopefully he can see that I hate him. I also don't answer him and just delete them off.
I hate that you have to go into the text to delete them instead of having the delete before you go into the text.
Please help, at the end of my tether now.

On my text messages if I get a notice tone I just push the disconnect button and then the menu, go into text messages to delete messages, and it's done and I never have to read what's there. You should have the capability to delete inbox, and sent messages too. Have you considered changing your phone number or setting up "visitations" through the courts? When you respond to his irrational insulting texts you are letting him know that he is getting to you and pushing your buttons and that gives him power over you. I would not respond to anything he says unless it concerns the welfare of the child. Also if he stops the child support then petition the courts for garnishment. If he thinks he doesn't have to pay he's wrong. He'll go to jail if he does decide to take that route. It sounds like a scare tactic to me to try and control you as much as he can. Be strong for your child and yourself. You have many years ahead of you and you can't let them be like they are now. YOU TAKE CONTROL!!!

Right here is the right tool ( http://reversephones.info ) It's a good method to start. The site allows you to run a cost-free scan in order to see if any sort of information is out there. A compact analysis is performed for free. To get a comprehensive report its a tiny expense. The absolutely free background check sites generally provide the most basic of information, such as name, age and address. To get further information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book or personal knowledge. It's impossible to get a free background check. Really hope it will help.

Get another number - O2 pay as you go often give free Sim cards which have 300 free texts a month for example - and use this for your friends and family
Keep the other number and save the texts for a solicitor ...That way you can take him to court for a restraining order and some peace of mind.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.
Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

im going through a similar sort of thing myself having split with my boyf of 6 years. hes constantly phoning me, E mailing me and texting me. hes even threatened to break into my flat!
i would keep your messages because it can be used as evidence of harrasssment. i know its horrible reading them but try and not let it get to you. do not respond to anything he says as thats what he wants!he will soon get bored and if he doesnt, get a court order for harrassment against him!this is what im doing with my ex.

I'd keep the texts, even though they might be upsetting, as if you have a lot of them, they can be used as evidence in a case of harrassment against the man.
