by 'dry' I assume you mean with an electric razor?
Dry shaving will give me a shadow by early evening, but is kinder on the skin. I have to shave again, if I am going out, or seeing anyone
wet shaving sometimes leaves me with a nick, no matter how careful I am, no matter how much foam I use.......on the other hand I can just about get by, all day, on one wet shave in the morning

I use a $150 electric wet/dry shaver I got at Sharper image and I shave wet with a sensitive skin lubricated shaving cream. I love a close shave no matter where I shave.

Definitely wet shaving, preferably with a cream or lotion of some sort. Whenever I dry shave I experience excruciating pain for a long time afterward and my skin is red.

Wet has got to be best, less nicks or cuts closer smoother shave all round, I dont have a heavy growth but still dry (electric) burns the skin and leaves it red and irritated.

I always wet shave, I hate dry shavinng, I did it once and it gave me a rash and it just felt wrong when I was doing it.
