You'll need Adobe Acrobat (as opposed to Acrobat Reader). You may also have some luck with a PDF distiller. Instead of editting the PDF, go back and edit the source file, then export it to a PDF instead.

PDF are non editable document.Purpose is to secure document orignal source.However for your purpose you can search from net lot of convertors available and convert pdf to doc.After editing
doc file again convert it to pdf.
You can search in google "convert pdf to doc"

For example if it is a text file, copy it in word , edit it, print it as pdf format.
