I don't remember it being said in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape," I do, however, remember the line from "Kindergarten Cop." Arnie is sitting on one of the tiny kiddie chairs after all of the kids introduce themselves, and there is one little boy who is especially morbid: obsessed with death and what not. One of the kids ask, "Are you all right?" and Arnie says that he has a headache. The morbid boy says, "It could be a tumor?" And Arnie yells, "Eets noda toomah, oh rite? Eets noda toomah, eets no....da toomah!"
