Depends on how much he likes you.
If he's sensitive, ask him how he feels about the idea and he'll answer.
Exempli gratia: "Hey Jason, I need to talk to you. How do you really feel about me?"
If he's your standard bloke, with mates and sports and stuff, ask him if he'd like to go to the movies with you. This leaves room for him misinterpreting.
Better yet, why don't you just ask him, "Will you go out with me?"

Don't come right out and ask, if he's worth anything he'll probably be put off, instead start flirting a little with him and if he flirts back or gets really shy you know he's interested, then when you're alone together or in a quite moment start dropping hints that you've been looking forward to a movie/ cafe/ restaurant etc. if he's slow on the uptake ask if he would like to go with you on... at...

come right out with it or better yet put him in the position to ask you... if he asks you then wicked, if he dont then go for someone else!

By bowing to him and at a shy way asking him if he would not mind sharing some
moments with her by!!!! (that's the proper way to).
