though he always hits the 60th floor button and goes the next 40
floors on feet...except for rainy days that he hits the 100th floor button and goes all the way by the elevator...does anybody know why ???

He is a midget and can only reach the 60th floor button. On a rainy day he uses his umbrella to press the higher button.

He is too short to reach the 100th floor button and can't put his finger on anything higher than the 60th floor button. But on rainy days when he carries a long umbrella he can reach up to the 100th floor button.

Perhaps he wants the exercise. Except when it rains, his joints ache so he just takes the elevator.

May be he is wanting the exercise, no brainier. Some days like rainy maybe he doesn't feel like it.

Exercise?? Maybe the floor would be wet & he doesn't want to slip on the wet steps...
