I have been a hairstylist for 10 years now. I love my job most days. Every career has days that aren't that great. People can be very difficult. If you love being around people, and have a strong desire to make them feel better about them selves, go for it. However it isn't the easiest job, you need to be prepared to work nights, and weekends, because that is when you make your money!!! You will be standing for long periods of time with your arms and shoulders raised. I do suggest a great chiropractor to help keep you aligned. Good luck with your decision!!!
