If you can not go to a doctor, there is something that you can do to help relieve them, but it is not a cure or fix for good. First, you need a good hemorrhoidal cream (which you probably already have) and you need a good laxative, not a harsh one like Ex-Lax. You need to soften your stool for several days, but do not want to be come laxative dependent. Hemorrhoids are caused because of exerting too much pressure when going to the bathroom or pushing hard like in labor. If you soften your stool, this will reduce your need to push when you go to the bathroom and allow them to heal. Lastly, do not wipe hard with toilet paper, if it allows, just pat and then wash with water, this will help prevent you from tearing them open again. Add fiber to your diet so that when you stop taking the laxatives, you will not get all clogged up and have to push to go and make it worse all over again. Hope it helps, but if it does not help, go see the doc...

Best see a doctor to make sure that is all it is. Then he/she can advise you on caring for them.
