hey kiddo-i know life is not all its cracked up to be, but trust there has got 2 be something you could find positive about it. your health? job? able to see? hear? able to afford a computer/laptop to use?

so many people younger and/or older than you deal without these things on a daily basis. take a breather at least 2x's a day. take a trip somewhere to clear your head & get a different outlook on things.

i view life as an obstacle course- you got to jump through this thing then crawl over this barrel just to get to this thing that will lead you to XYZ. that's all it is. unfortunately, those paths can lead you 2 happiness & sorrow. i know..i try not to stress too much...i eat what i want, when i want, go where i want, watch what i want, buy what i want....any bills that i have when die will be willed to my parents (lol!) "will a bill". because i know that all things i have can be taken away with a blink of an eye and life caould be changed forever

What are the things that are depressing you so? Where is your stressfullnes coming from ? It maybe something that you're unaware of that's bothering you.

You need to release the pressure up off of you. Try to relax by walking, go shopping, find a good movie to see, maybe read a good book that relates to your issues. Being depressed and stress isn't healthy.

Most of the time being around people that always has negative things to say and their thoughts are negative also..

I'm going to quote something that ''Edward Young'' once said.

Life Lessons

Though man sits still and takes his ease,
God is at work on man:
No means, no method unemploy'd
To bless him if he can

As my view is make life the most out of it. Be kind to one another.
Helping one another if you can and let no one dictate to you with-if I were you I would do this or that, because everyone doesn't think the same.

Don't worry you'll figure it out.

Find a way to escape your problems, there is a way.
It might not be easy but we need to make choices, this way or that way ? Sometimes we need to sacrifice something to get something else we want more.
Everyone wants life to be perfect but it's just not possible.. we see too many problems, they're all adding up and it's like one giant depressing life.

Make a list of things you need to do, or things you want to do, even simple things like cleaning out your room, could be getting you down. Then put bigger goals like getting a job or learning something.

What is bothering you about life? Some people say things like acne, weight, intelligence, life experience. A lot of things can be worked on. At least put a list, try to write everything you can possible think of. No matter if it ends up 5 pages long, with tiny things on it. Don't let it get you down. Make that list so that firstly, you can get it all off your chest and out in the open. Secondly you can work through each of your problems and score them off when you get them sorted. If they can't be sorted, such as if you're missing a limb or something like that, then put those on a separate list and try to accept the things that are wrong or have happened in your life. See that life is not the past, it's the present and the future. Anything is possible, and lots of hardships can be overcome, and you can lead a good life, even with things like severe disabilities. Look on wiki or somewhere online for inspirational people. Just imagining what they've done should be enough to push you into doing a few things.

Make goals and try to achieve them. As you make your way through life things will change and although bad things might still happen, there will be good to balance it. One day you'll look back and see the change but it might be slow subtle changes that you don't notice at the time.

What do you want to do? What is it you hate about life in particular? I find life the same as you, but I am just trying to ignore everyone and live in my own little world where no one can bother me until I get to where I want to be. **** them.
My problem is mostly people, and the state of the world. But I have become complacent about it, realising that as an individual, I can't change much right now.
Maybe in future when I get myself sorted out a bit, but not yet. So i'm not worrying about it.

We live in a pretty messed up world,it is hard to like or even enjoy life.Is it better than the alternative?I don't know.no one does. Those that hate life so bad kill themselves, the rest of us truge on.I think life is worth living.Even if you get very little happieness,at least you get to experiance it.good or bad,we are here, may as well make the most of it.Now,what is in the world?Things, and other people.Things make people happy for a while, but often are more trouble than they are worth.People, can be nice or hurtful, often depending on how you are toward them.I say live the life that reflects the way you want the world to be.Love and care about people, its the only way for humanity to move forward. The most happieness you will ever feel is helping someone you love.Good luck, whatever you decide.

I think life has it's ups and downs. I've been depressed and I've also been ecstatically happy. I think you need to focus on the little things in life that can surprisingly make your day. Take a walk through a park, breathe in the fresh air, pet a dog, read a good book, talk to a friend, catch up with an old friend, eat your favorite desert... Find the things in life that make you smile and try to focus on those things... Try to stay social, surround yourself with positive vibes... Make a list of what you love, then go out and find those things...

We humans have made such a mess of things it's no wonder many of us hate life. Living in a city or the suburbs and feeling compelled to slave for someone could make any sane person hate life. But there is nothing wrong with LIFE. One could even say life is good. It's humanity that's not so good, and in so many cases, hareful.

Life consists of tiny daily pictures of various emotions! The summation of which, gives
us the general trend of it!
The more you're at cause over life, the more life appears nice. The more one's at
effect, the more dull and miserable it shows up!
Life is Understanding. Understanding consists of the function of 3 elements:
1)Affinity, 2) Reality & 3) Communication.The interaction of which forms Understanding.

You may be judging your life in comparison to others as most people who say they are depressed relate how unhappy they are about their position in life (job, relationships, beauty, status, etc).
Your life has little to do with others and you should seek to find your happiness inside of yourself and not compare yourself to others. We are all unique. Seek happiness in areas that do not require you to compete for attention or success with other people such as learning more about nature and recognize that you are as unique as a tree or a bird. Nature is beautiful and so are you but you have to be able to look over the heads of those around you who make you miserable. People who do things such as walk the 1700 mile Appalachian Trail challenge themselves tp walk through nature as a migratory bird travels south. People you meet along the trail are there to commune with nature and tend to be calm and self pleased. Compare yourself to your self, be introspective. The high tech world is cold and meaningless, use it only your daily needs for information and comfort. Find your own path and do not be a jock, a goth, a dirt, a geek, etc., be what you wish to be and do not look for validation from others and do not seek to be a member of a herd. Your life is a journey and just as a transatlantic vessel you choose when to make port with others. You own you. Do not allow others to set your values and standards and goals. Find peace with others but do so with some distance. Do not lash out at others and think dark thoughts because when you do so you are surrendering your control. Ignore what is not important and realize that very little is really important beyond you living your life to its fullest and to your own satisfaction. I left depression behind me years ago and look forward to each day, each person I pass, each adventure I plan. You can too.

I think you have to live for yourself......for what makes you happy. You also need, need, need important people in your life who genuinly care about you and vice versa. Anyone in your life who makes it depressing? If so, work on getting them out or slowly turn your attention to other things so you're not focusing on the stress that accompanies them. If there's no one, then make some friends that understand you and vice versa......;) Hope you feel better....life's not easy, and everyone has bad days.

life is great.
with all it's hard situations,it has so many nice points that if you open your eyes and CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE you will feel them.
when you have a hard work that you hate it,tell yourself that it's not as hard as I think,i like it,and after sometime you'll see that it's not hard.
look at the situation by best view, see the good and advantaegs of all things, close your eyes to things that you think are bad.
just try these, and you see what happens...
