Sorry but it s the opposite...
Mudras are the most refined expression of holiness...you can see it in all the representations of holy beings (ººº the 3 fingers together of Jesus giving redemption.)..examples of Mudras are everywhere and I'm afraid you won t find any Mudra done by someone that is not a "Saint"!
When you are in contact with the Spiritual World you will spontaneously CREATE the real Mudras so that s the natural way to manifest them.
You don t do Mudras to have a spiritual contact.
IT WOULD BE LIKE DOING MIRACLES TO HAVE A SPIRITUAL PROGRESS!
Mudras are a powerful reflection of the spiritual world... like the waves that comes from the OCEAN your mudras comes from the movement of your HEART!
I'm sure you don t want to betray yourself and become a SPIRITUAL MONKEY repeating some sterile "cut and copy" mudras learned from somemewhere outside your Sacred Heart.
It s sad that some people belive that spirituality is a human learning process and not an eternal CREATIVITY from our own Divine LOVE!
