I have been dating a girl. My mom doesn't want me to date her. My dad is okay with her. I need help. How can I get my mom to allow it?

Have you ever asked your mother why she doesnt want you to date this girl?
Let her give you her opionon she may see something you dont see. maybe she just thinks this girl isnt good enough for you wich doesnt mean she isnt thats just her opinon.
I guess if i liked the person who i was with enough it wouldnt matter what my parents thought of him, But i would be asking mom why she dont like her and maybe try to change her mind about the way she sees her after all your dateing her not your mom she doesnt see how she is or maybe you dont see how she is?

It's easy for fathers to o k with there son girl friend, But he would think just like your Mom if it were his daughter. Your mom is not going to like who ever you bring home because she will feel that there is another woman in your life And your not her baby boy anymore She thinks she will loose you.

well, you have to look into why your mom doesnt like her. weigh you options..... take heed to what your mother feels but make your own decisions....experience is the best teacher.
