The worse she can do is say no. If she does, move on to the next. You'l never know unless you try and we have to get over the fear of rejection to become a confident person, not just in relationships. Once you have been rejected once, it's not so bad the next time. If you learn to face things head on you will get much more out of life and eventually the one will come allong who doesn't reject you

Is there any chemistry? Has she given you any signs that she feels anything towards you? Is your friendship too important to throw away in case she says no? Or are you not really good friends, you just know her? I think weigh this up and also if you dont ask you will never know and you could find out ages down the line that she did like you or yo could not say anything and she ends up going with someone else cos she thought you werent interested

Rejection is a scary thing, especially when it comes to relationships. The only way to get over it is to experience it, and accept that not everyone likes you as much as you wish they would.

If you are already close friends with her, try to make your friend time a little "friendlier", if not, try to strike up a conversation about something SHE is interested in.

After that ask her out. If you get rejected, pick up your chin and move on. No rejection is worth the pain you can let yourself feel.

A few more details would be good. But anyway there is probably a 50 50 chance that you'll be rejected but it happens. I once walked up to a guy in a disco to say hello because i knew him and fancied the pants off him.Just as i put my hand on his shoulder the slow set started.Oh god, what could i do?I just said 'would you like to dance?'. He said no. I was mortifieb. But now it is he who cahses me and i am not interested

Don't ask her out just because she's fit. Even if she says yes you'll have a crap date if you've got no common ground.

If you DO have something in common with her then ask her but, figure out a few places you might go to first in case she says yes.

If she says no then at least you'll know. It'll also be easier the next time you ask a girl out.

Nothing ventured is nothing gained. Rejection is a normal part of life, get over it, will ya? You will get stuck with an ugly wife you're not attracted to if your lower your standards based upon fear of rejection. Unless she owns an AK-47 and isn't afraid to use it, all she can say is no. Is your spirit SOOOO fragile that her rejection will deal you a death blow? If so, seek counseling, my timid friend

Never ask out ugly girls - imagine how bad you'd feel if you were rejected by a minger!

Keep asking out the stunners and they'll start to wonder why you fancy your chances with them. Curiosity will get the better of them.....

Here's a slight variation on the "Nothing ventured nothing gained" quote. Ask her out & there's a 50% chance that she'll say YES!
Don't ask her, out of fear of rejection, & there's a 100% chance you won't get a date.
