I'm trying to find the title of a movie about a guy who falls in love with a younger girl. I saw it about 7 years ago, so it's probably from the late 90s. Don't remember much, except that there was a scene where they were ice-skating together, and that nothing ever happened between them in the end.

I think that's the movie you're talking about.
Natlie Portman says that she and the guy are the dyslexic version of Romeo and Juliet.

"Manhattan" by Woody Allen. Might not be the one you're reffereing to, but it's a tried and true observation of the conflicts of love between an older man and younger woman.
