It's because the song it is on is their 14th album and he was acknowledging it.
I heard that on the radio but I'll try and find some evidence.
"At the beginning of the song, Bono shouts in Spanish uno, dos, tres, catorce. In English, this translates to "1, 2, 3, 14," a joke on the fact that this is the band's 14th album."
