what are some signs? Anything i need to be looking for? We haven't really spoken yet so, i can't really go by anything he might have said. So what really do i need to be watching for?

umm does it mean anything if he's watching you, and then you look up and see him watching you and he immediately looks away. kind of makes me think he's trying to avoid eye contact.

Eye contact. That coy look from across the room. Does he smile when you approach. Do you catch him looking at you? You will never know though until you talk to him. Give it a try what could it hurt.

Body language,eye contact and smile.If he doesn't do anything you need to do these things and make a comment to him.If he has any interest at all you both will be talking and maybe going for lunch or something to get to know each other better.

Does he pay attention to things you do. does he make eye contact. just little things really but perhaps you should look for a chance to talk to him then watch his bodily language and how he responds to things that you say. etc.

if you were going out on a date, with a woman, then you will know how she is feeling because there are plenty of ways to find out.
for your answer, you must open your eyes and have eye contact.

Pay attention to how he looks at you. Does he check you out up and down or just look at your face? Is he always around you for no reason? Pay attention to his actions towards you
