Try holding the CTRL key when you click on the compose button. You might be running some sort of pop-up blocker, and sometimes these windows are read as pop-ups by some of the better pop-up blockers. By holding the CTRL key down, you are temporarily disabling the pop-ups.

if u want to compose, go to reply and write ur email. and type in the email address. i hope this will help if the problem continues.

try to click "Refresh".If it still not coming up, try to use the yahoo old version..by the way, are u using yahoo mail beta?
