I would suggest learning how to read and write in English before trying to start your own company.
You'll find it very useful when it comes to signing contracts etc.

Your description does not help your case - do you mean selling electronics, making them, re-selling them, recycling of them, disposing of them - which? And what sort of electronics - domestic, commercial wholesale, retail, gaming, etc, etc. How much starting capital do you expect to invest? How much training do you have in UK business law? Have you spoken to your bank for their support? Need I go on?
