Definitely not, a better cricket player is decided on the teams win and not on the personal records. Definitely Brian Lara is better than Sachin and Inzamam.

All three are great players. I pick Sachin as the best of the three. He has many qualities which the other two lack in. Sachin has scored more centuries in both forms of the game (35+40) - Inzamam: (25+10), Lara: (32+19)
No of wickets: Sachin (37+142), Inzamam (0+3) lara: (0+4).
Conversion rate of fifties into centuries:
Sachin: 94 fifties - 75 centuries
Lara: 107 fifties - 51 Centuries
Inzamam: 127 fifties - 35 centuries.
Besides these stats, Sachin is much better in cricketing sense than the other two. He speaks less in comaprision to the other two and means business.
One quality which I like about Lara, is his ability to excel when the team needs him the most (He has scored several centuries/big scores under pressure). Lara has two +300 scores
Inzamam has the ability to score runs with fluency and ease. He is a dormant tiger.

Yes Sachin Tendulkar is far better cricketer than Brain Lara and Inzamam Ul Haq because every shot he plays is a text book shoot . Besides he is the only one to be praised by the greatest batsman ever Sir Donald Bradman.
Comparing him to Lara , Sachin plays for country but Lara is selfish he only cares of his personal records .

You said "Is" so actually you are requiring opinions, and my opinion is:-
"As far as an individual player is concerned, you can place sachin above all the others name, and figures never lies so he is one of the best batsman the world of cricket has ever seen."
But as we all know that cricket is a "team game" and it is the overall performance of the team that matters most. If you look at the statistics of the three players that you mentioned you will find that Inzi has been the best asset for his team as an 'integrated player'
Everytime Inzi plays a big knock or even a moderate inning he is playing for the cause of his team and not for his personal milestones, whereas Lara and Sachin unfortunately dont falls in the same catageory, I'm not saying that their intentins are just to play for themselves, but somehow apparently it looks as if they are.
So as far as batting skills and technique is concerned you can place the three on the podium like this...
1. Sachin
2. Lara
3. Inzi
"But where the player as a team player are questioned Inzi have to be at the top while Lara and Sachin suceeding him."
Thats my unbiased opinion...

Not only for his Total no. of Overall Runs scored in Both form of the Game but it is the longevity which stands, Sachin has played more no. of games than the other two and also with better figures as his statsitics suggests!!!,
Inzy has a relatively low Average considered to Sachin in Both forms, n Lara is slightly lesser than Sachin in One-day ratings n slightly gr8er in test,
May b Lara cud b considered better than Sachin but no way to Inzy...
But My Vote is for 'THE LITTLE MASTER'-'THE GENIUS'...

Sachin Tendulkar, because he has scored more number of centuries in Test Cricket as well as in one day internationals,
he is the highest run scorer in one day internationals, he is
more consistent as compared to Lara and Inzamam and above
all he is a utility bowler too.

Though Yes, It is not that he is.. , You see Still there is a bit of controversy in this , Lara can do anything anytime to change the total scenario. So wait till Lara retires.

Yes!,he is.Better technique, ability and temperament, and to the people who say that he only plays for money, and hes not a match winner,Cricket is a team sport so everyone has to contribute,so don't blame Tendulkar if the team loses, and there's nothing wrong with making money. Inzi,Lara and Ponting are a few of my favorite batsmen.
