He seems to be more of a father figure and an Icon. He will be missed when he's gone.If he feels the need to retire he should say so. I rarely watch him with so many other choices on cable.Maybe he needs a side-kick to move things along more.

I think they ask normal qns that we want to know, "like does Tom Cruise pee standing?"(wait, i dont think i want to know the answer to that) just that he have the power to do so. So overrated, anyone could take over his place. And so does that stupid guy from "the inside studio". LAMEEEEEEEE
