Turquoise would look nice...Or Black, beige...Even some pinks...Red....Boy there are quite a few choices actually....Try it on and try different tops with it...Dark brown is quite versatile!

I have a 'coffee bean' brown skirt, and I wear it with a silk beige tank top [because of the shimmer] and a multi shaded Chanel style jacket [it's a knock-off] and is shaded brown, beige, blue, cream weave, so I can change to the tank top to blue on occasion. Matching dark brown tights with beige shoes. I've had a lot of positive comments on the outfit.

I have a dark brown skirt, and the opinion of my family and I have found these colors to be best (so it's not just what I think-- other people as well): dark khaki, pastel pink, beige, white, jet black, silver/dark gray and... deep crimson. Each are very elegant and/or pretty.
For shoes, jet black, dark green, deep violet, gold or, for a more bright and weekend touch, white.

Light pink, baby blue, turquoise tops. Brown shoes....
Don't wear black shoes with a brown skirt; major fashion no no!

Celery Green and Turquoise both look nice with Brown.

Brown skirt, lets see, just about any color, white, tan, orange, light brown, dk brown, yellow...black...blues would be my last choice though. Shoes, brown or black...or light tan.

I personally think you could go with a few different colors!! lite blue, light pink or even white. As for the shose it depends on what shirt you wear!!!

a deep shade of rose pink or mauve will look great with brown, or a calm shade of blue will work too...On the other hand a mustard yellow or autumn orange is wonderful with brown!

Any neutral colours will compliment your skirt, I suggest white/black/beige. Just keep it simple and you can't go wrong!
