I understand how you feel...People nowadays don't know how to appreciate a good hearted person...it's not your fault they don't see the good you do...You need to just go on and learn who your friends are and who aren't, then figure out who deserves your kindness and who doesn't...Then appreciate yourself for realizing who your friends really are....

I know exactly what you mean, it feels like a spiral lull, my cure, to treat
oneself, a day to yourself, or watching a film that YOU want to
watch with chocs/wine of course, pampering, face mask nails done etc.,
or just to have lunch with a friend, that you may haven't seen for a while.
So get on the blower, and make some arrangements.
We all deserve a day off, it helps to charge our "batteries".

People just don't know how to say that they appreciate you or what you do or did. Most of the time the wrong people get appreciated. Which is unfair but, what can we do just sit back and watch ourselves be unappreciated.

In a way, that's a good thing, because it keeps us striving to do more. Accept the feeling on those terms, and don't let it get you down.

focus on something you're good at. you can come back and try this thing again later that's keeping you down. maybe you just need a break.

well there is no way someone could archive 100%, that's impossible...what we can do is to get close to me, another way to say is that going to near perfection...
