Rani is an amazing actress. She looks down to earth and her smile is her best features. And if she can act so well, then she has to be smart! She is the girl next door.
Ash, on the other hand, is a world class beauty. Se could not have won Miss World without being smart! She is so beautiful that is seems like you have to wash your hands to touch her..
At the end of the day, I really cant choose between the devil and deep sea!

well ash's definitely looks gr8! ofcourse man she is a previous miss world! but as far as smartness is concerned i wud stand for rani mukherjee! shes a very smart actress!

Personally, I find Rani more beautiful. Her face is rounder and she has a softeness to her beauty. Ash is more angular.
They are both lovely, but Rani has a warmer and more feminine look IMHO.
