Difference is Wayne Rooney has one of the best mentors in the game helpin him to develop in Alex Ferguson, he has brought throught the single best generation of youngsters ever and it is testement to his ability that most are still playing in the champions league regularly even at different clubs. So Wayne Rooney will definately not go down the same route as paul gascoigne!!
