what do i do with tax fraud?

my husbands ex wife forged his name on the tax forms in 2004 is it to late to do anything about it?

I wouldnt think it would be too late - fraud is fraud Im sure many people get away with it at first but later get caught out - I once had a car salesman forge my signature onto false roadworthy certificate - I asked who did this and his boss ran into the office took the form off me (yanked it out of my hand) and shredded it - there was nothing I could do as the document had been destroyed but if I could have I would have been making heaps of noise and this is what I suggest you do - dont let her get away with it!

you probably don't want to draw attention to your husband's tax return unless his ex ACTUALLY put something wrong on there

you are just asking for a fight, and probably an audit.
