Maybe when I was younger, back in the 70's. We wore short shorts back than. Very embarassing today. These days my shorts or so baggy they couldn't creep if I wanted them to.

yes. and the worst part is when you sit down for a long time then you stand up to walk they are so far up sometimes it hurts. but i just pull them out and keep on walking. where i'm from we call shorts like those "daisy duke's".
