The main thing is to find something you like to do. You'll enjoy it and want to do it. If you can't stand getting on a treadmill and dread it each time, you will eventually quit. But if you get involved in a dance class and love it, you'll look forward to going every time. Working out doesn't have to be the same for everyone. You need to get creative and explore what's available for activity. And change things up from time to time so you don't get bored doing the same thing each time.

This all ur perception towards the workout. It ends up on one point thats ur intrest in it. If u have interst in it then u would obeviouly love doing it. If u dont have intrest and still want to do workout. Then creat ur intrest. Then the question comes how to create intrest?
The best way to do so is, ask few questions to urself?

Listen to music, change up your routine so it doesn't get boring. Stick with it. You will love how it makes you feel. If you can hang in there for 3 solid weeks, it will become habit.

you could listen to music, or what i do ( it may sound obsessive or dorky, but..) i use the time to plan out tomorrow's outfit. i try to think what i could wear, that would look good. it saves me time in the morning, and it keeps my mind busy, so i end up working out longer .
