If you are referring to Prospecton, an industrial area in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal, it is about 600Km or 374 miles - almost 7 hours drive by car from Sandton. It is an easy drive mostly on the freeway (N3) and safe. Alternatively fly to Durban and rent a car or taxi.
