I was like this with both of my babies--especially after the birth of the second one. (His brother was only 16 months old when he was born, so I REALLY had my hands full!) I don't think it was so much a matter of not being hungry. In my case, it was a matter of being so busy, frazzled, excited, worried, nervous, etc. that I just plain out forgot to eat. It'll come back to you eventually. You just have to remember to eat nutritious healthy foods every day. If you have to, set a timer to remind yourself to eat. You can't exactly take care of a newborn when you're weak/fatigued from hunger yourself!
This is especially important if you're breastfeeding. You can't make nutritious, healthy milk for your baby if you're not eating well (or not eating at all!). Your body is smart--it will take nutrition from you to put in your breastmilk to make it healthy for your baby, but your body can take only so much of this before it shuts down.

very normal. childbirth does alot of trauma to the body. i personally feel that not letting a woman eat during labor doesnt help things. i was so sick in the hospital when i had my oldest son. when i went home, i couldnt choke down more than two bites of anything. like you, i never really felt hungry, just light headed. it took me a few weeks to get back to normal. for some reason, i had a huge thirst for plain water. that was a first for me. hope you get back to normal soon. congrats on the new bundle of joy!

very normal well atleast in my case I was not ever hungry I could smell and look at food and I still wouldnt be hungry the only reason why I ate is because I was breastfeeding and using formula so for me it was normal.
