It might be a problem with your screen, the mainboard........
if it is still under warranty send it immy for repair. If it not... then you might have to pay a lot of money if it is a motherboard problem.

hello
restart the laptop , then as it starting up . keep tapping the f8 key
till you come to a menu , then move up to safe mode
then hit enter .then hit enter again
there will be a lot of tex on screen . wait for it to load to the useer login screen .then login on your user account then a safe mode box will pop up just click ok
then right click the desktop , click on properties .click on screen saver .then at the bottom of that box click on power ,tab
now you see
turn off monitor /turn off hard disks/system standby/system hibernates..
click on the tabs and set them to never.
then click on
apply & ok
then restart the pc. then let it load up to the login screen & just click on your user accouter id and log in to windows .
then . right click the desktop , click on properties .click on screen saver, set the screen save it none,if a screen saver is on
chekck the fan is working as well if it is verry hot put the laptop off and have that check out.this is the problem , with laptops
if you cant get in to safe mode then you need to have your laptop checked out , if still under warranty .call the support

it could be asleep. reset the whole thing. or your screen could be busted.
