Of course, no one is reported to have been surgically circumcised before birth, but some people are born with very little slack skin so they appear circumcised. This is a birth defect known as Aposthia.

The foreskin is not a birth defect. Again, the LACK of a foreskin is the birth defect Aposthia.

The Prophet Mohammad, who was never circumcised, was supposedly born with this defect. Some also say Moses had this defect. Aposthia frequency is not tracked anywhere I could find. It seems it must be more rare than ambiguous genitalia, which occurs in 1 out of 1000-2000 babies.

No one is born circumcised. There are rare cases where some boys might be born with really short foreskins so the look almost circumcised, or with no foreskin at all. This number is probably so small that there are no statistics.

Around 1 in 10,000 is what I've I found. And for you others while circumcision is the medical procedure and Aposthia is the birth defect it's common name is "naturally circumcised" and it is possible to be born without a foreskin entirely. My little brother was. And yes there are some Hygeine benefits for being circumcised for both the child and their future partner. Also aposthia has no known negative side effects

By definition, since circumcision is a surgical procedure, none.

In 1938, about 40% of US males were circumcised at birth; by 1965, it had risen to 90%. Thankfully, this unnecessary mutilation is going out of fashion as people begin to understand that their are no proven medical or hygeine benefits.

The rate in 2003 was 65% across the whole of the US, with a low of 39% in the Western states.

I'm not sure if this is what you were asking? but I know some boys are born without foreskin, so they don't need to be circumcised. But I'm not sure how common that is. Its just like how some people don't have wisdom teeth.

Cheers,
